Domestic large companies are now facing Chinese rapid economic development and industrial restructuring. Meanwhile, the impact of economic globalization and information technology are another two key factors surrounding the competitive which makes the environment undergoing profound changes. Tong Ren Tang Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., for example, analyzes how large companies established within the new business (corporate entrepreneurship) to maintain the vitality of innovation, and ensure sustained growth. Through the use of standardized case study method, internal new ventures growth factors, including on-site interviews, secondary data collection, data coding and analysis stage, the conclusion that the exploratory results:(1) From the early start to the growth of new businesses created within the company (new business venturing) is a long process, the impact of this process, including industry characteristics, firm characteristics, the impact of four levels of the company’s strategic actions and corporate entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship degrees), the role played by the factors included in each level are different.(2) Early start, the establishment of new ventures, the company should carry out the analysis of industry characteristics, including market prospects, political environment, technology, environment, social environment, find a blank spot to determine the product entry point.(3) About firm characteristics, the most important executive quality, brand value and organizational structure.(4) During the company’s strategic actions, a clear marketing strategy, focus on technology/development of new products with leading and introducing appropriate personnel plays a relatively more critical role.(5) In the company’s innovative spirit (venture degrees), innovation, adventure and first mobility plays a relatively more critical role. Finally, based on these findings, this study of the impact of internal factors of the growth of new businesses created, build a management model.
