Countermeasures On Food Safety Crisis Management And Capability Enhancement Of Nanchang

Currently, food safety is popular and hot topic. So this paper puts comparativeanalysis, empirical analysis and induction method into practice to analyze and solvefood crisis management in Nanchang, based on Management, System Economics,Food Safety Science and Crisis Management.The paper combined with current situation about food safety crisis, found theproblem and defect existing in food safety management of Nanchang, referred to theadvanced management experience and method and lastly gave four focuses to elevatefood safety in Nanchang.(1) Resource support: determine daily resource supportabout food safety management;(2) Law guarantee: improve the food safetyemergency legislation;(3) Media supervision: induct mass media to supervise foodsafety;(4) Thought and idea induction: strengthen education about food safety crisis.So as far as this paper was concerned, food safety management must meet thefollowing changes to correspond to face actively, control timely food safety crisis anddecrease the harm as widely and soon as possible to ensure public health and lifesafety. Coping with food safety crisis emergency changes from to empirical toscientific way; changes from that ruled by people to that ruled by law; changes fromthe related department to operation and from single government to deal with toall related section together. These can create the system about how to deal with foodsafety crisis effectively based on market economics and Chinese current situation.
