| With the continuous development of economy and society, in the period of economic transition and social transformation of China, inevitably because of all kinds of contradictions and cause varying degrees of crisis event. In all kinds of crisis events, no matter from the outbreak of food safety crisis events top frequency and the attention of people. In recent years, the outbreak of food safety crisis events such as the "Sanlu melamine" event, the "KFC Sudan red" events, the "Shuanghui clenbuterol" events, the "Guangming re-blows milk" event, and so on, all these events draw the media and public attention. Food safety, no small matter, it is not only related to people’s health and social harmony and stability; but also relates to the food enterprise brand image and the development in the future. In such a social background, the research on food safety crisis management is very necessary.To TQ dairy companies as the research object, this paper related to crisis management theory as the guidance, through the enterprise field, research, and access to relevant data, to understand the current situation of food safety crisis management, and from the target, the main body, methods, processes 4 aspects to analyze the problems existing in the company in the food safety crisis management, and using SMART model, organization structure theory, key points control and so on methods and models for the above four aspects has carried on the optimization and improvement. Finally from the enterprise culture, rewards and punishments measures, personnel training 3 aspects to provide the guarantee for the company’s food safety management measures.The research enriches the enterprise crisis management and the content of the food safety crisis management system in theory, and has certain reference value for the future related research. To the practice, it provides a feasible optimization scheme for TQ dairy company, and has certain help for the company to improve the management level of related fields. |
