| The security brokerage in China has the common situation of extensiveoperation,identical business sources and1imited income.The brokerage is confrontedwith graveness challenge,as its revenue has been descending sharply,with thepressure of WTO and business environment variance.It is a meaningful question fordiscussion for security companies to analyze and study the operating mode of securitybrokerage at such strict structure.After twenty years of development, the brokeragebusiness is facing challenges from cross competition, market regulation,andcommission policies.More and more security companies are focusing on developingeffective brokerage business models,which can gain competitive advantages throughbetter customer resource system and customer-centered services.Customer Manager System has been successfully implemented abroad.Due to itssuccess,Chinese security organizations have adopted the system.Analyzing andresearching Customer Manager System in China is of great importance both in theoryand practice.This paper analyzes the securities brokerage business operators the importance ofthe stock market under the current situation and challenges and to explore foreignsecurities brokerage used by the agency service model. In this paper, foreignsecurities institutions broker system used by two typical models, and studies of thedomestic securities broker system used by the agency’s three basic modes.
