Evaluation Research Of Enterprise Green Capability

Along with the increasingly serious environmental problems, governments and relevantinternational organizations accordingly strengthen the interventions to the problems ofenvironment continuously. Meanwhile, the increasing propaganda of society forenvironmental protection, with the constantly green awareness of the public stimulates theneeds of green products, and eventually gives rise to the prosperity of the green consumermarket. In attempt to meet the green transformation of the consumer market, enterprises needto alter the existing production mode to green production, and in turn provides green productswhich meet customer’s needs. Only in this way, can enterprises finally obtain survival anddevelopment in the green waves.In the first place, it is inevitable to recognize the enterprise’s green resources andcapability in the green evolution, which plays vital roles in reposition and green developmentstrategy. And then, how to evaluate the green and environment-friendly capability ofenterprises seems to be particularly crucial. Based on this, this paper comes up with theconcept of “Green Capability of Enterprises”, builds an evaluation model of enterprise’s greencapability and ultimately realizes quantitative assessment of enterprise’s green resources andcapability, concerning current level and potential development.In this paper, firstly, after summarizing the studies and findings at home and abroad, Icome up with the new concept and define it. Secondly, this paper proposes that it can evaluateenterprise’s green capability’s level and potential development comprehensively by evaluatinggreen resource’s allocation and integration from three dimensions of green technology,production and enterprise culture. And then, it gives a brief introduction concerning thecontents of the three aspects mentioned above. And thirdly, it constructs the evaluationmodel’s index system from the three dimensions of evaluation contents, builds the fuzzy andcomprehensive evaluation model adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, anddetermines the weight of evaluation indexes employed Matlab tool and BP neural networkmethod. And next, it chooses A as an example to check the feasibility and correctness of theevaluation model. After analyzing and calculating A’s green ability, it proves to be operable inpractice. Last but not least, it gives suggestions on enhancing ability of green enterprise fromthe two aspects of enterprise’s own green building and government’s indirect promotion.
