Based On Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain Crisis Spread Mechanisms And Simulation

China is a big manufacturing country, small and medium-sized manufacturingenterprises in China’s industrial economy occupies an important position. The competitionbetween manufacturing industry, have been transformed into the competition of supply chain.In view of China’s small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise fast development, theshallow complexity research of the supply chain and its fragile supply chain structure andsystem, and each node enterprises are likely to lead to a crisis and large-scale spread ofsituation, this paper studied the crisis spread mechanism and simulates the process of thecrisis outbreak and spread for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise supply chain.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, the paper analyzed the crisis spread factors of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprise supply chain and the diffusion model and main body. On this basis,combining with the spread of the complex network dynamics, key elements of the crisisspread for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise supply chain, logic relationshipand coupling relationship between diffusion mechanism analyzed, detailed crisis spreaddynamic process of patterning and diffusion for small and medium-sized manufacturingenterprise were summarized systematically.Then, the article analyzed the process of the crisis spread complexity in small andmedium-sized enterprise manufacturing supply chain, expounded the rationality that thispaper chose the complex system simulation method to study, and built crisis spread ofsimulation model for small and medium-sized construction main manufacturing enterprisesupply chain in the use of a complex system modeling method. This model includesconceptual model, main functions and main attribute the interaction between the rules.Finally, through the simulation algorithm flow chart, the crisis spread process for smalland medium-sized manufacturing enterprise supply chain was simulated in the use of netlogosimulation platform, including crisis interaction between the supplier and the manufacturer,the manufacturer and distributor, distributors and retailers, and the government and Banks andsuppliers, manufacturers, distributors and the main body of retailers. Through the analysis ofsimulation results, we find out which properties of different subjects are the main causes thataffect small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise supply chain crisis development. In addition, this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions about howto deal with medium and small manufacturing enterprise supply chain crisis spread whichincludes supply chain crisis recognition and warning strategy, capital crisis and logisticssupply crisis response strategies, industry management and construction. All of these providethe reference for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise supply chain crisis.
