Operation Analysis On Aolong First Phase Logistics Park In Linyi

Linyi city, locates revolution area and belongs to undeveloped region in east China, explores a new business way to develop it economy after long-term developing. However, local limited capital can’t support its development continuously, and then, how to promote local economy with FDI is put forward by government. So Aolong logistics park comes into Linyi under this background.According to the research and survey basing on Aolong’s present business operation, this dissertation collects its business operation information in interviewing and observing methods and analyzes Aolong’s business deeply with economic and managing knowledge: finding its profit by quantitative analysis and exploring the project itself, project and market, project and government, project and investors etc. by qualitative analysis. To develop Linyi’s business industry, this paper finds out the reasons that held back Aolong’s development and puts forward several advices through market analysis, management technology analysis and economy and society profit analysis. At last, it puts forward three attentions to the same projecr in the future: reproduction of operation, compatibility of culture and coordinability of public relation.
