Research On SMEs Sustainable Competitiveness Cultivate Of China Based On Dynamic Synergy

In the background of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises(SEMS)have become a main strength to promote Economic Development of a country. The world isstarting to exaltation continue competition ability of SMEs as one of the most importantmeans to improve their comprehensive competition capacity. However, the sustainablecompetitiveness as an abstract concept is difficult to have successful experience to guide. Inthis environment, enterprises and the academic community are all trying to find out a suitableway to develop the sustainable competitiveness of national SEMS.This test combined with the development situation in China and the actual state ofnational SEMS, along with previous research attempt to find out a suitable avenue to improvenational SEMS competitiveness. To more general guidance, this article on the basis of resultsof the predecessors, by means of a dynamic collaborative, make the cultivation of SEMS’competitiveness institutionalization. Then this article gives out the SMEs sustainablecompetitiveness cultivate path. This article first to comb the research results of the SEMSsustainable competitiveness at home and abroad and pointed out that the key elements ofSMEs sustainable competitiveness development in China. Based on the key elements, thisarticle built a dynamic collaborative development process of cultivation of the SMEssustainable competitiveness in China. This process express by curve which make the show ofdynamic evolution of sustainable competitiveness of SMEs development much lively. Thenthe article built a dynamic collaborative mechanism of the SEMS sustainable competitivenesscultivate, combined with the sustainable competitiveness cultivated by dynamic evolutioncurve analysis of morphological characteristics of SMES sustainable competitivenesscultivated. In the last part, the article raised the issue that how to choose the best way tocultivate sustainable competitiveness of SMES, and hope that by means of a suggestion, usedthis research to providing some guidance to SMES actually.
