Research On The Operation Mode Of Manufacturing Enterprises’ Behavioral Evolution In Heilongjiang Province

Entering into the21th century, as the embodiment of economic development andcomprehensive national strength for countries, equipment manufacturing enterprises getincreasing attention, and there are more and more researches on its development. Theequipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiang province is one of the main bases whereequipment manufacturing enterprises were developed at the earliest. After more than sixtyyears’ development, the enterprises are passed by three stages: in the controlling field at first,in the management puzzledom in the middle period and the policy of promoting old industrialbases in the northeast which brought vitality for equipment manufacturing enterprises inHeilongjiang. There is a lot of theoretical and practical significances in researching theprocedure and models of behavior evolution for equipment manufacturing enterprises inHeilongjiang.The enterprises develop themselves by continued transformation and upgrading. Theresearch on behavior evolution of equipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiangprovince has been did in this paper, and an operational mode has been constructed. There aresix chapters in this paper. Firstly, the background significance and the related researchachievements in behavior evolution for equipment manufacturing enterprise at home andabroad have been introduced. Then, problems in their developments have been mentioned bypresenting current situation of equipment manufacturing enterprise. Thirdly, by using thethought of “convention-searching-innovation” in behavior evolution the paper analyzes theevolutive process for equipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiang. On the basis ofthis evolution, the factors which influenced on it have been analyzed by SWOT framework.Fourthly, based on the mentioned in the third chapter, combined behavior evolution withinfluence factors, these operative modes have been structured, such as technologicalinnovation behavior, knowledge management behavior, green manufacturing behavior andservice manufacturing behavior. Furthermore, the operative mode has been selected by thesystem of mode selection indicator constructed. In the fifth chapter, the evaluation ofoperative degree for the behaviors discussed above has been made based on the structuredsystem of operative degree evaluation indicator whose foundation is catastrophe progression method for equipment manufacturing enterprise in Heilongjiang. Finally, this paper putsforward safeguard measurements of operative mode combined with the influence factors,operative modes for the behavior mentioned and empirical evaluation for operation level inHeilongjiang equipment manufacturing enterprise.
