Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of High Tech Service Industry Based On Catastrophe Progression Method

In twenty-first Century,the convergence of knowledge economy and high technology industry convergence has become a trend,and service industry becomes more and more prominent in the national economy.With the development of high technology manufacturing industry matured and integration with modern service industry,high technology service industry also began to rise in the process of high technology servicing and services technicalizing,and plays an increasingly important role in economic growth.As China's economy has entered a new norm,the demand for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has become increasingly evident,as the service industry's most innovative area,the development of high technology service industry can not only promote itself development,but the upgrading of industrial innovation,changing the mode of economic development,and conducting to enhance the economic strength of region,improving the quality and speed of the national economic growth,really implementing to transform our country by "Chinese Manufacturing" to " Chinese Creating.In recent years,the development of China's high technology service industry is rapid,however there are still a not small gap with the developed countries.Therefore,it is necessary to quantitatively evaluate the competitiveness of China's high technology service industry and analyses the influence competitiveness factors in China's high technology service industry in order to help high technology service playing the leading role on economy.Based on analysis related theories of high technology service industry and competitiveness and the key factors,basic factors and environmental factors of China's high technology service industry competitiveness,this paper constructs an evaluation system of high technology service which contains the core competitiveness,Foundation Competitiveness,and environmental competitiveness.Moreover,it uses catastrophe progression method that improved by the entropy method and principal component analysis method,selecting China's 2011 first pilot city such as Beijing,Tianjin province as an example.Then,This paper analysis the competitiveness of high-tech service industry in China,and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness from the perspective of innovation,talent,policy,urbanization and opening up.
