The Research Of Status And Characteristics Of The Strategic Emerging Industries’ R&D In Hefei

In order to push forward the cultivation and development of the Strategic Emerging Industries further in Hefei and speed up the Hefei economic transformation and upgrading, it is necessary to know the industries’ developing situation. The development of the Strategic Emerging Industries must be in a technical breakthrough as the foundation, whose core is R&D, therefore, it has very important strategic and realistic significance to evaluate and research the R&D activities of Strategic Emerging Industries in Hefei and find out the problems of their R&D activities.On the base of the second national R&D census data of Hefei in2009and according to the Strategic Emerging Industries’ enterprises list of Anhui Province determined by Development and Reform Commission of Anhui Province, this paper sorts out the relevant data, research the R&D current situation from eight aspects including the industrial scale, the R&D input scale, the R&D input intensity, the distribution of R&D activity types, the structure of R&D funding’s sources, the situation of technical development agency, the distribution of the Independent Intellectual Property and the output situation of new products, and analyzes R&D input and output’s efficiency of the Strategic Emerging Industries in Hefei using DEA model by construting the input and output index system. And then this paper summarizes the overall characteristics of the seven Strategic Emerging Industries in Hefei, and lists the specific R&D characteristics and representative enterprises. At last, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the problems of Strategic Emerging Industries’ R&D activities.
