Commonly theurban poverty in China should be slowing down, but on the contrary, it isbecoming serious gradually. The study, based on the literature carding andrealistic researching, with the methods of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, demonstration analytic and normative analytic, invirtue of the Poverty Simulator Software, using the Statistical data, makesa deeply research of the effect of urban poverty reduction by the incomegrowth and income distribution.
