With China’s sustained economic growth, the international development trend of Chinese enterprises isincreasingly active, more and more enterprises begin to go to the world market. The United States, as aworld economic power, not only has a huge potential consumer market, but a sound legal system. Itsmature charm has been always attracted foreign enterprises from all countries to invest and develop.However, due to the Chinese enterprises are faced with many restrictions between external environmentrisk and internal own factors, the internationlization process in the United States is not very easy.Therefore, this paper will analyze the issue under the combination of the enterprise internationlizationtheory and enterprise internationlization path research, hoping to provide some internationlization pathas a reference for those Chinese companies that want to be successful in the United States market.This article mainly researched Chinese enterprise internationalization behavior in the target marketfrom the internal factors and external factors perspectively. First of all, made a general analysis aboutthe Chinese enterprise internationalization in the United States market. According to the different periodchoose America for the target countries with different reasons, the enterprise internationalizationsituation can be divided into four gradual phase, and according to the various entrance way and businessmodel in these stages, summarized the features of Chinese enterprise in the internationalization process.Analyzed the Chinese enterprises’ advantages and disadvantages on the basis of above analysis.Second,made a research about American macro market environment.From the aspects of political, economic,social, science and technology, concluded the American characteristics which related to the operation ofenterprise, and distinguished the opportunities and threats in the external environment.Again, accordingto the application of the SWOT model,integrated the various internal and external factors into a analysis,concluded a better entrance way into the target market and a good business model under the differentcircumstances, supplemented by Haier and Wanxiang enterprise cases comparison and validation.Finally, give about relevant advices of China enterprise internationalization path.
