since the reform and opening up to now, China has experienced economic system from the socialist planned economy to socialist market economic system, the development of the state-owned enterprises to the road of market. In recent years, with the development of market economy, the social economy environment of turbulent change, the competition between the industry is becoming increasingly fierce, the traditional commercial mode change, organizational structure optimization and individual consciousness and values, organizational identification for individual growth and the development of enterprises has become more and more important, while the identification of organization the most important potential influencing factors is the enterprise culture, enterprise culture is the spiritual prop of the enterprise and the core idea, guide employee behavior orientation and concept of value criterion, different corporate culture and the impact on employees is different, proved by employees, widely recognized corporate culture to enhance the organizational identity has a distinct role, so how to through the building of enterprise culture to improve the identification of organization has become the business potential pursuit. This study by empirical means, utilizes the questionnaire survey and the statistical sampling method, in order to state-owned enterprises Lianyuan Steel Group as an example to discuss the enterprise culture on employee organizational identification effects, thus the enterprises through the building of enterprise culture to enhance employees’ organizational identification are proposed according to opinion.
