In today's increasingly competitive market environment,the business community is aware of the corporate culture holding important role of enterprise development in the enterprise business practice.By endorsing enterprise culture in the further development process,a large number of enterprises can achieve excellent culture to win.The formation of corporate culture is comprised of not only the organization of the external environment factors but also its own internal factors.At the same time,corporate culture has an important role in promoting the internal development of enterprises.It has the influence of establishing and disseminating enterprise brand and has a more profound influence on improving the core competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to consciously construct the enterprise culture which conforms to the enterprise development stage.LX is a domestic logistics and shipping company,committed to the "being the first-class modern shipping logistics".However,in fierce market competition it needs to address issues like,effectively improve the internal cohesion and external competitiveness of enterprises,to adapt to the new situation to seek better survival and development.This study focuses on the related theories of the concept and structure of corporate culture,and the prominence of the relationship between the construction of enterprise culture and the development of the enterprise.Literature research methods have been used to collect and compile the relevant background information and data of LX Company.The case analysis method and interview methods are implemented to understand enterprise development and change.In our investigation,we have found that there exist problems in enterprise culture construction.Thus we have done in-depth and systematic analysis in the spiritual culture construction,the system Cultural construction,material culture construction and behavioral culture construction.Finally,the proposed study is aimed to combine with the overall development background,development stage,internal and external environment and cultural management mode,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the corporate culture construction,effectively promote the sustained and healthy development of LX Company's corporate culture in the new development stage.
