The Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Of Local Government Governance Mechanism Research

The Yangtze River Delta location has a favorable geographical locationand many cities,it’s economic and social development level is very high,inthe country has an important strategic position,has always receives muchconcern.Economic globalization and regional integration in the YangtzeRiver Delta region of the promotion,accelerate the integration process,thecity between the need for more extensive,thorough and effectivecooperation.But how to plan as a whole to deepen the development ofYangtze River Delta region and regional cooperation,in accordance with theneeds of management requirements,through the form of cooperation,theestablishment and improvement of regional government cooperationgovernance mechanism.In this paper,the Yangtze River Delta regional government cooperationgovernance mechanism as the research object,on the basis of the theory ofgovernance and regional cooperation theory,first of all,in the theory of theYangtze River Delta regional government cooperation governancemechanism between formal and informal mechanisms;secondly,usingstatistical analysis method,selects the Yangtze River Delta regionalGDP,transportation,tourism income and education the governancemechanism of cooperative outcomes as a measure of performanceindicators,focusing on the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperationmechanism performance undertakes an analysis,think,the Yangtze RiverDelta region formal mechanisms in regulating function,coordinatingfunction of conflict resolution and functional aspects of governanceperformance significantly,informal mechanism in government managementand perfecting the government decisions with regard to performancesignificantly.On the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation mechanismexisting problems,think,formal mechanism in the implementation mechanism,interest coordination mechanism and organizational structureand further improve;informal mechanisms of non government organizationsand enterprises to participate in the regional governance ability needs to befurther improved.At the end of the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperationto further deepen the government made several recommendations.
