Research On Jiaonan New Rural Construction Model Of Space-based Zoning

The new rural construction means: under the socialist system, inaccordance with the requirements of the new era, by constructions oneconomic, political, cultural and social aspects in rural areas, we finallyachieve the goal of building a civilized and harmonious socialist newcountryside with economic prosperity, improved facilities and beautifulenvironment. If the Jiaonan City wants to break through the bottleneck ofeconomic development, and build a new west coast blue economic zone,she must step up to the vast rural areas of new rural construction planning.How to geographically zone and model the area of Jiaonan is the mainproblems this article wants to solve.This article is based on the theories and methods on existing science,economics, management science, sociology and other related disciplines,combining with existing research results, firstly analyzed the content andthe core of the new rural construction, Then analyzed according to theadvantages and disadvantages of the status of each region in the Jiaonannew rural construction, under which divided Jiaonan into three parts:northern coastal areas, areas near Pier Dongjiakou, and other relativelyinland areas. After that, with the help of relevant theory, this articleexplored the alternative mode of new rural construction combining withits own advantages and disadvantages of each region, and analyzed forfeasibility and barriers, then tried to combine with the unique developingopportunity in the blue-economic background, and then put forwardspecific measures of the new rural construction which are suitable toJiaonan City herself, learning from the experience of developed countriesor regions home and abroad on the new rural construction. The main research work is as follows:1. Defining the content and scope of the new rural construction, andsetting the focus of the new rural construction is how to balance thetraditional characteristics of agriculture and the development of newagricultural projects.2. Summing up the main problems in the new rural construction ofJiaonan: Low education level of the majority of farmers; Lack of planningin the rural environment; Low quality of rural grassroots cadres;Inadequate investment on agriculture from government.3. Finding out different characteristics of the regions in Jiaonan, thisarticle divided Jiaonan into three parts: northern coastal areas, areas nearPier Dongjiakou, and other relatively inland areas, then deeply analyzedhow to carry out the new rural construction in Jiaonan under theparticularity of these three regions, proposed a targeted, practical modelof development, proposed specific development in the northern coastalareas the tourism industry based on folk tours and tourism integration,and also proposed specific measures in the southern port cities and thedevelopment of ecological agriculture in the relative interior regions. Andthen it selected a suitable mode for the various regional developing andmade it systematic after finding the economic growth point in the newrural construction in each region.4. Generally considering the special circumstances of each region, thisarticle presented the overall concept of the Jiaonan new rural construction:overall planning, and grasping the direction of the construction of themacro level; Supporting the tourism brand, and good village remediationwork; Building one product in each village, developing characteristicagriculture. Then it systematically presented specific ways to Jiaonan newrural construction, from the following three aspects: rural industriesconstruction, infrastructure construction, and projects promoting.
