Study On The Mode Of Circular Economy For Sea Water Industrial Fish Farming

The sea water industrial fish farming in China has made great progress afterdecades of unremitting efforts, but when compared with the developed countries, thepatterns of sea water industrial fish farming in China still have large gaps, and thespecific performance of low production efficiency, energy and material consumptionand so on, which would seriously restrict the development of modern fishery process.The concept of circular economy development will be applied to modern fishery is animportant way to achieve fishery healthy and rapid development, promote thetraditional culture to modern culture model change and develop the modern seawater industrial fish farming.As an important fishery area of northern China, Qingdao have rich marineresource and marine science and technology strength, several marine aquaculturewave are originated in this city, it has made the prominent contribution for thedevelopment of mariculture in China. In the development process of seawateraquiculture industry, Qingdao relies on an area advantage and research conditions tocomprehensively promote the mode of health breed aquatics. The sea water industrialfish farming as the representative of the intensive modern aquaculture in the city risesabruptly quickly and with remarkable results. As of2010, the scale of Qingdao’sfactory farming is70million cubic meters water, and eight factory farmingenterprises of them have used the mode of recycled water aquiculture.How,throughout the entire city of Qingdao, the penetration of the mode of circulareconomy for sea water industrial fish farming is not very high.Based on the theory of circular, using the literature review, field research,caseanalysis and other methods, this article makes investigations and researches in theseawater factory farming enterprises of Qingdao, through the analysis of the statusquo of the mode of circular economy for sea water industrial fish farming in Qingdao,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems of the furtherdevelopment, and to realize sustainable development of aquiculture in Qingdao andeven in the whole country. The full text divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter of introduction, base on elaborating research goldand significance of the study, inducted and summarized the study trends about fisherycircular economy at the domestic and abroad.The second part is composed of second, three chapters, base on elaboratingresearch the related concept and basic theory, analyzed the development status of themode of circular economy for ndustrial fish farming at home and abroad, as well asthe characteristics of international mode development, and the enlightenment to ourcountry of the model of circular economy for sea water industrial fish farming abroad.And then, according to the current situation and existence problem of sea waterindustrial fish farming in China, demonstrated the necessity that constructing themode of circular economy for sea water industrial fish farming.The fourth and fifth chapter is the third part of this article, base on the analysis ofthe current situation and existence problem of sea water industrial fish farming inQingdao, from the two aspects of the sea water factory farming enterprise itself andthe influence of the external environment, expounded and proved the several mainrestrictive factors such as technology, management, capital, talent, policy, science andtechnology promotion, and then proposes countermeasures and suggestions toconstruct the mode of circular economy for sea water industrial fish farming.
