Enterprise business model is one of hottest topics in recent years. Manyexperts believe that the reason of some excellent enterprises operating well is closelyrelated to its special business Model. It is because of its special business model thatthese excellent enterprises could provide different products and services, satisfy theclients, thus they are welcomed among the clients and take the leadership among thisfield. However, another key problem arises, that is how to make creative progress inbusiness model, which is very important for those Chinese enterprises intransferring currently and facing business model creation. And this is one of theproblems that this paper tries to answer.About the method of enterprise business model creation, currently, it is notresearched much. This paper writes in the side-perspective, analysis and researchessystemly the case that one Auto-Rental company A realized business model creation,hoping to summarize and conclude some results from business creation method andregulation, finding the relationship between business creation and business processreengineering, providing some references for other enterprises.This paper starts fromthe cause of business creation of A company, synthetically applies the methods ofdocument study,logical analysis, case research and comperation, etc, analysis theprocedures and actions that A company has taken in its business model creation andobserves A’s process recreation in the course to explore the laws that fit to realizebusiness model creation through enterprise process reengineering.In the end of this paper, it summarizes the characteristics of A’ processreengineering, and compares the prior business model and analyzes its creation points.After the researching, we concludes that, business process reengineering is thenecessary phase and procedure that one has to experience. Only through processreengineering to build a series of comparative processes to the new business model,can the enterprise business model creation success. However, we also should realizethat unique business model could only gain advantages in short term. From the longway, its competitor could imitate the advantage business and made creation to the oldbusiness model to catch up with and surpass the leading enterprise. So, only onebusiness model creation by accidentally, could not solve all the problem. It has to adjust itself according to its environment consecutively. That is to say, business modelcreation should be applied in every phase.According to research, we can see that the course of realizing business model isnot easy. There is some problems in this course. In the course of A’s recreation, newprocess couldnot operate fluently, and difficult to melt with the old process. Theappearing of new process causes the function of prior positions couldnot match with it,emphasing the burden of its employees, etc. All these will effect the result of the newprocess, and we should pay attention to it. However, the case that A company throughprocess reengineering to realize business model creation could be taken as a goodexample to other enterprises.
