The Research On Industrial Structure’s Softening And Enterprise Managerial Transformation’s Trend

The main purpose of this dissertation is to enhancecore-competitiveness of enterprise. In the period of big adjustment andreform,in order to run the enterprises successfully, first of all,themanager of enterprise should apply the concepts of economic globalizationand pay attention to the development trend of own enterprise. He alsoshould accumulate the technical knowledge, enhance the professionalquality，forecast the structural changes of market demand and expand thescale of enterprise by using industrial policy of different period.Secondly, he should use capital operation to carry on administrative reformaccording to the internal and external changes of environment,so that theenterprise become the main body of technical innovation and enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises constantly. This paper connects thescientific outlook and economic theory with managemental theory,and itelaborates the relation between softening of industrial structure andmanagerial transformation.It also points out the evolution trend ofindustrial structure softening and its dynamic mechanism.
