In recent years, collective turnover has been shown up frequently among enterprise activities. As the negative influences and loss of collective turnover are much more than the individual turnover’s, it becomes a hot issue in enterprise management. However, there are few relevant academic researches analyzed on it, not to mention the research of Chinese enterprises’case. Therefore, analyzing collective turnover by case study is meaningful not only in avoiding the negative collective turnover, but also facing and weakening the negative influences of collective turnover.This thesis is based on65enterprise collective turnover events, which were strongly influenced during12years (2000-2011). According to the literature review and other related theories, casual model of collective turnover intention will be proposed. After that, collective turnover will be classified in different perspectives by reorganizing65domestic collective turnover cases. In addition, more factors will be replenished to the casual model. Furthermore, factor analysis will be used in those13trigger factors in collective turnover, and extract five main factors, competitive capacity; enterprise governance; growth opportunity; organization development and compatibility. At last, appropriate recommendations towards to prevent from collective turnover and resolve it will be presented.There are three contributions in this thesis. Firstly, collecting, organizing and compiling significantly influenced collective turnover events during12years (2000-2011) lay the foundation of launching in-depth researches on collective turnover for domestic enterprises. Secondly, basing on the literatures and relevant theories, casual model of collective turnover is established. Combining65case study and analysis of Chinese collective turnover intentions, this paper provides reference for further research on collective turnover. Lastly, targeted recommendations are indicated in preventing enterprise collective turnover.
