For many years, the employees' turnover in enterprises has been discussed heatedly by research scholars. Employees' turnover is not only related to the economic efficiency of enterprise, but also a factor that effect enterprise internal structure stability and disposal of human resources. With the rise of logistics industry of China, the demand of logistical human resources is growing in domestic labor market. How to take effective management on employees' turnover has become a problem that logistics enterprises must face and solve.In the numerous researches on employees'turnover, there has been a large number of casual models. But there are no research data on the applicability of a casual model to logistics enterprises of employees'turnover. In this paper, it uses both the inductive analysis and empirical analysis. Through the exploration on domestic and international theoretical literatures of employees' turnover, relevant assumptions are put forward and influencing factors of employees'turnover in logistics enterprises are discussed on the Price-Mueller (2000) Model. Taking the data of A Logistics Enterprise, the research validates the model through questionnaire, interview and statistical analysis. Then on the basis of empirical analysis, assumptions are revised and it comes to conclusions. Finally it gives some advices of employees' turnover management in logistics enterprises based on the research conclusion above.
