The Analysis Of BOT Project About Financing And Risk

Under the new situation of economic globalization, developed and developing countries are very optimistic about the BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer).Countries around the word are looking for an effective way to accelerate the country’s economic development, which are facing varying degrees of shortage of funds in the development process of urbanization continues.With the rapid development of China’s social and economic, urban infrastructure needs a huge investment. The government’s public finances cannot be solved. BOT investment and financing will be promising in this regard.BOT projects as a size fits all model is widely used in large-scale investment。However, so far, BOT is still a short time and is not mature enough investment and financing mode. The BOT is also developed with the development of practical applications.There are many issues to be discussed. Author reading a lot of literature on the basis of the relative lack of research, I have different views and close to the practical application of research. Expectations adopted to clarify the understanding BOT participants, especially investors to provide practical work of reference.This study mainly include two parts:the fist four chapters is the fist part, the late three chapters of the second part. The fist part:The fist chapter is an introduction that the paper studies the background and methods; The second chapter is the literature review will be read in the process of this thesis after the summary of the literature on the BOT cited. The third chapter is the core part of the theory of the article and this part is more systematic exposition of the concept and background of BOT investment and financing mode,research status, the specific process of BOT investment and financing mode and BOT project investment and financing mode exist as a legal problem. Chapter IV of the project investment and market and non-market risk and made a detailed analysis. Part II: The theoretical part of this part of the combination in front of Xian yang weihe three bridge BOT projects as a case study analysis of the project to use the model of BOT investment and financing feasibility and necessity; Through on estimates of cash inflows for the entire project return on investment and payback period,in order to determine the project return on investment of parties; To analyze and solve problems in the case of BOT financing model and risk.Research of the BOT project financing theory system and the case that it is easy to encounter problems and give a solution.I will use the BOT investment and financing made of construction projects to provide theoretical and practical significance for the future the domestic BOT project operation have certain reference significance. This paper is not on the BOT project financing in net present value method and other method research.
