The Research Of China’s Oil Energy Security

Since humans went into an industrialized society, energy has become an important material and become driving force for socio-economic development in modern society, energy and material security has now become necessary in the development of the world economy and it maintains social stability during the over30years when the Chinese experience reform and opening up. The rapid development of energy supply in the economic construction in China plays the most important basic role. With China’s rapid economic development, China’s energy security problem has become increasingly prominent, especially petroleum energy security issues for the impact of China’s future economic and social development, especially since China has become a net importer of oil from1993, China’s oil external dependence is increasing steadily to2010, China’s dependence on foreign oil has reached54.8%, so much demand for oil imports will inevitably bring about many safety issues in the context of economic globalization. China’s oil security the international energy market and the world’s oil security are closely related.In this paper, the direction of the disciplines, the scientific development concept as the theoretical basis of China’s oil security, discusses the theoretical premise of the oil security on the basis of that status quo of China’s oil security and the basis for a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept the basic requirements to solve China’s oil security countermeasures.
