Study Of The Industrial Upgrading In China Based On International Industrial Transference

In the open economy, international industrial transfer promotes and optimizes the industrial structure of the country, upgrading the industrial structure of the internal mechanism has important significance. At present, from the developed countries of the leading global industrial structure adjustment, the developing countries accept the international industrial transfer through the multinational companies, international trade and foreign direct investment. Developed countries are leading the industrial restructuring around the world. There are substantial differences between developed countries and developing countries in terms of path upgrade, the industrial structure and the impact of facing the global wave of the industrial restructuring. We take China for example, as the largest developing country to undertake international industrial transfer at the same time from developed countries by the way of foreign direct investment based on the environment, while capital flow in the two-way inside and outside, how to give full play to their latecomer advantages to overcome the latecomer disadvantages, to break the traditional upgrading of the industrial structure of path dependence to achieve new leaps and bounds have become the new situation that China must face to overcome this major issue.This article uses China, the largest developing country, to study the international industrial transfer on developing countries and the influence of industrial upgrading. This paper is mainly divided into four sections. The first section puts forward the purpose and significance of the subject against the background of the new trend of international industrial transfer and expounds the related research at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper reviews the related theory about the international industrial transfer and the upgrading of the industrial structure, analyses the relationship of the international industrial transfer and the developing countries industrial upgrading and analyzes the foreign trade and foreign direct investment to developing countries and the upgrading of the industrial structure mechanism. Thirdly, on the basis of the present situation of the international industrial transfer status of China, a further study on the influence of the international industrial transfer to China and the upgrading of the industrial structure and to find out the problems undertaking international industrial transfer. Finally, based on this, the suggestion is put forward that China use the international industrial transfer to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure [of countermeasures].
