Organizational justice is very important elements of employee motivation, perceivedfairness of the employees in the enterprise, to a large extent, will affect employees’ workattitudes and work behavior. People gradually found that, in multiple dimensions oforganizational justice, procedural fairness is more important than other dimensions.Feeling of procedural fairness can help employees to acceptant the allocation results.Especially in the context of performance evaluation, performance assessment resultsrelated to every employee’s salary and career, so employees would like to get a fairperformance evaluation results, and feeling of injustice results will cause employees’negative emotions and negative behaviors. In order to improve the acceptability of theperformance evaluation results, it is necessary to ensure the fairness of the performanceassessment process. In this paper, the object is the sense of fairness in employeeperformance evaluation procedures, the purpose is to explore the influencing factors ofenterprise employee performance evaluation process fairness.This article first summarizes the background to the study and its significance, and alot of reading and analysis of the relevant literature, then proposed the framework of thisstudy. This study take questionnaire as the research method, and collect enough samplesfrom20enterprises as the study object. And then I take SPSS Statistics17.0for datacollation and analysis, the means includes factor analysis, reliability analysis, varianceanalysis and other related statistical methods to study the impact of performanceassessment procedures.The results showed that: the impact facts of employee performance assessmentprocedure fairness can be divided into five categories: interactive feedback, enoughexplanation, recorded in detail, well prepared, consistent standard. There is a great deal ofinternal consistency among the five elements. And a certain extent, employee demographicvariables and the procedural fairness have great relevance.I hope that this study can help enterprise managers to improve the effectiveness ofperformance management and enhance most of the employees’ positive emotions andpositive behaviors, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises through thisresearch. Also I hope that this study can enrich and improve the organizational justicetheory in the further.
