Justice is an important factor that affects behavior and attitude of members in organizations. On the basis of an empirical study of the relationship of organizational justice and job performance, this paper will explore the influence of employees' organizational justice over their job performance, providing the basis for the organization to effectively improve employees' sense of justice to promote their job performance in order to enhance organizational performance.This paper carries on a research of the relationship of organizational justice and job performance in two parts. The first part analyzes the related research and the relationship of organizational justice and job performance on the basis of reading literature, then getting the research idea and assumption. The second part, combining data analysis, discusses the relationship of organizational justice and job performance. Taking each dimension of organizational justice as independent variable, each dimension of job performance as dependent variable, this paper carries on a research of the relationship of organizational justice and job performance. The results show that organizational justice and job performance have a significantly positive correlation; dimensions of organizational justice and dimensions of job performance have significantly positive correlations; organizational justice has a predictive power over job performance; distributive justice and interactional justice have strong predictive powers over job performance; distributive justice and interactional justice have strong predictive powers over dimensions of job performance; procedural justice has no predictive power.
