The problem that initiated from occupational stress of the worker unceasingly makes itself into an important problem that H-R Management should study.By reviewing the contemporary studies in and abroad and the concepts of work stress and organizational justice, this study designs the scales of the work stress, and probes into the internal structure of organizational justice, and proposes the theoretical model of the influence process between organizational justice and work stress. Then, we collect the data by questionnaire, and use SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis, draw up a series of conclusions from variance analysis, MANOVA analysis,correlation analysis,canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis.These analyses substantiate the hypotheses posed in this study, and reach conclusions as follows:First, work stress includes two dimensens: good stress & bad stress.Second, Workers' organizational justice has negative correlation with their work stress.Third, workers on different level of organizational justice significantly feel different work stress.Fourth, some individual and organization variables have remarkable effect on the correlation of organizational justice and occupational stress, such as age, education, work year, position level, and company ownership.Finally, Leader Justice and Leader Interpretation can forecast efficiently work stress.
