In the enterprise follower has been playing an increasingly important role, thefollowing research area is also in ceaseless and outspread. Gender as a humandifference is the basic standard which is our most profound and lasting identity, thegender-specific differences, which also will inevitably influence ideas and behavior ofthe follower. This article makes the sex as variables, which explores the followershipdifferences in a variety of sex types.The study used questionnaire method to explore the effect, what the socialgender and sex of follower make to followership. According to Professor Zhaorevision of the sex role inventory to measure the sample gender roles; at the sametime using ShenFang the followership scale which for followers classification. Themain body of this paper is discussed the difference of followership on gender roletype by one-way ANOVA(Analysis of Variance). And analyse the relationshipbetween temperament and followership, then study the difference of followership bycompare the Masculine characteristics and Feminine characteristics.Research shows that there is notable difference of followership among genderroles and physical gender. The followership of androgyny tend to rational。Feminine isrelatively outstanding in loyalty and obedience. Male followers tend to be morechallenging in followership, and female followers in compliance dimensions arerelatively remarkable. And analyse the relationship between temperament and followership. The results show that followers which have strong individuals in Masculine temperament tend tochoose the challenging following behavior, and followers which have strong individuals infeminine temperament tend to choose a more loyal and compliance following behavior.
