structure,The business environment is becoming increasingly complex,Business survival environment is deteriorating,The uncertainty of business environment is more and more difficult for the organizations,The business organizations are busying responding to external competition,and laying the hope of survival and development on internal staff’s shoulders in the organization,at the same time.However,In the traditional organization and management research field.The scholars have been taking leaders and leadership as a focus in the study of management activities.Followers and followership correspond to leaders and leadership,they are important activities involved in management,They have not been valued by the scholars.With the deepening of the practice and theoretical research,Scholars realize that leaders need to be cooperated with by the followers,The leaders and the followers make effort together to realized the leadership effectiveness,It is necessary to research the leadership active process the perspective of the followers.The followership is positive behavior and characteristics which happen when the followers take part in the leadership activity,the research is an important supplement of leadership theory.We know that the followership is generated by interaction in the process of leaders and followers from the new theory.The behavior and cognition of the followers are affected by the leaders and followers’ interaction.The leader’s behavior is one of the most important situational factors which effect the employees to follow.Transformational leadership is one of the main leadership style in the leadership theory,The leaders can help the employee to realize the great significance of the task,they can motivate the employee to pursuit high-level need,to establish the atmosphere of mutual trust,they encourage the employee to sacrifice their own interests for the benefit of the organization,and then to achieve the desired results.Many study has shown that transformation leadership can motivate the employee to take positive activities,the enterprise organization is recommended this leadership style.It is of great significance to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and followership.Previous studies have suggested that the correlation variables of psychological cognition have a mediating role among the transformational leaders and the followers behaviors.We try to study the mechanism between transformational leadership and followership with the self-efficacy as an mediator.This paper contains six parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the theoretical and real background of the topic,give a simple introduction on the significance and methods of the paper,analyzing the innovation of the paper.The second part is literature review.The third part is about theoretical hypothesis and research model,reasoning the relationship of the three variables,establishing the research model.The fourth part is about research design.This part gives an instruction on the questionnaire and the objects’ features.The fifth part is about empirical analysis,analyzing the questionnaire data with the SPSS 19&AMOS 21,This process includes reliability validity test,variable descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The sixth part is about conclusions and management suggestions.According to the result of empirical analysis,This paper summarizes the conclusion of the research,puts forward several management suggestions,points out the limitation of the study and gives some further management advises.This study confirmed that inspirational motivation and individual consideration have a significant positive impact on the follower activities by empirical study,while leadership charisma and moral modeling has no significant impact on followership.Inspirational motivation,individual consideration and leadership charisma have a significant positive impact on the employee self-efficacy,moral behavior has no significant impact on followership.There are two innovations in this thesis:(1)It has a research on the relationship between transformational leadership behavior four-factor model of moral modeling,inspirational motivation,individual consideration and charisma and followership,And reveals the influence of different dimensions of transformational leadership on followership,Thus deepen the understanding of the relationship between transformational leadership and its followers.(2)This study introduces self-efficacy between leadership and followership,This paper constructs a model of relationship between transformational leadership,self-efficacy and followership,at
