The Reach Of Sustainable Development For Circular Economy And Power Enterprise

Since reform and opening policy, China’s economic has been growing quickly, butat the cost of seriously resources exhaustion and environment disruption. To solve theconflict between rapidly economic growth and resources exhaustion&environmentdisruption, the development of circular economy for achieving sustainabledevelopment of society is the only way for China’s economic development. Based onmy long working experience in the electricity sector in Zhejiang, the thesis is doingresearch on the circular economy and the power of the sustainable development ofenterprises taking Zhejiang Energy Group as an example which has importanttheoretical and practical value.Based on the perspective of sustainable development, the thesis does theoreticalanalysis on circular economy and sustainable development. Combining with thecurrent development of Chinese power enterprises, Zhejiang Energy Group as anexample for the development of circular economy, the paper analyzes variousconstraints、advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang Energy Group’s SustainableDevelopment.The features and innovations of this paper are as follows: First, based on the deepanatomy for circular economy of economics&technology’s characteristic andsustainable development’s connotation, the thesis studies the immanent and internalrelation between the above two. Second, after the deep analysis on the circulationeconomy development models between domestic electricity industry and foreignsuccessful examples, the thesis discusses the important roles of system innovation inthe circular economy and sustainable development. At last, by considering thepractical conditions of Zhejiang Energy Group and analyzing the comprehensivetheories and actual cases, this article raises the circular economy development modelat three levels of micro-level, mid-level and macro-level and with the development offour industries (i.e. water treatment industry mainly engaged in waster watertreatment and reuse and seawater desalination, comprehensive treatment industry of solid waste, clean air industry mainly engaged in desulfurization, de-NOX andemission reduction, new energy and renewable energy represented by biomassenergy), which is perfect for the sustainable development of Zhejiang Energy Group.
