Study On Sustainable Development In Inner Mongolia Electric Power Industry

Since the implementation of the strategy of development in China's western region, Inner Mongolia autonomous region relies on the power industry resources and geographical advantages of the healthy and rapid development. The development of power industry in Inner Mongolia autonomous region not only contributed to economic prosperity, but also to protect the safety power supply in eastern China.In the process of the development of Inner Mongolia electricity industry, some power enterprises pursuit economic interests, as a result, produce some problems of unreasonable energy exploration, resource depletion, environmental pollution, restraining the sustainable development of power industry, affecting the region's economic, social, the harmonious development between environmental resources.This study uses the concept of sustainable development, by combining theory and practice, standard analysis and empirical research method of combining and case analysis, using economics and other related theories to analyze sustainable development in Inner Mongolia electric power industry.The paper has four chapters:The first chapter is a synthesis of the electricity industry. Starting with the analysis of power development and effective use of energy, this study expounds the power development must follow the principles of sustainable development. The second chapter analyzes the structure of power industry in Inner Mongolia, from the aspects of power resources, power consumption and demand, highlighting the advantages of electric power industry development in Inner Mongolia. The third chapter talks about the problems in Inner Mongolia electric power industry, its causes, opportunities and challenges. Chapter four is about the sustainable development of the Inner Mongolia electric power industry. The paper proposes some feasible countermeasures and suggestions which aim to promote comprehensive development of national region.From the existing literature of view, the electric power industry study only focused on the power applied sciences or industrial organization and other aspects of structural adjustment, but the basic principle of economics of electric power industry development work is not yet sufficient. Innovation of this paper is that by applying the concept of sustainable development, throughout the article has put forward the future development of power industry in Inner Mongolia to the sustainable development concept to follow the guidance of the recycling economy development model, which will greatly expand the scope of study of this article, to discuss the industry development and national economic growth between the dialectical relation between the promotion and constraints.In addition, this article hopes to promote the development of power industry in Inner Mongolia, proposing the feasible suggestions, hoping to provide theoretical and practical basis on the application of electric power industry in Inner Mongolia.
