Mining of mineral exploitation is as the leading industries in compound system, the multi-level multifunctional system includes resources environment economy and society.In recent years, with the increase of mining activities, mining met the energy demand and economic growth, and it has caused some influence on the environment and sustainable development.Therefore the environmental protection of mining area becames a research hotspot. Such as planning mining activities, the circular economy, green industry chain, development of remediation and reclamation, they has become the important topic to promote the sustainable development in ecological fragile areas. With the research on sustainable development of compound system in Qitaihe, it is of great significance for ecological and economic coordination, avoiding affecting local economic growth by failure of natural resources, environmental pollution and degradation, achieving economic and social development.In this paper Qitaihe is the research object, it uses remote sensing technology, landscape ecology, ecological carrying capacity and the sustainable development theory. On the base of establishment of database, the research analyses the change of landscape and evaluates ecological carrying capacity, it analyses the interrelationship between the internal subsystems of compound system. And it constructs sustainable developing model and benign regulation mechanism in Qitaihe mining area. The main research contents and results are as follows:1) The dynamic evolution of the mining landscape and the analysis of driving force:the paper uses the remote sensing images of different periods to establish the regional landscape ecological information. From2000to2010, farmland, unused land decreased,forest and glassland, settlements, waters, mining land increased. Forest and glassland, settlements, waters, mining land had the positive conversion rate.The biggest variation rate is mining land, from2000to2005the rate reached5.37%, from2005to2010the rate reached4.20%. Settlements mainly changed to forest and glassland, unused land and waters.The main influencing factor of landscape-type change is human driving force.2) The analysis of ecological earring capacity in mining compound system:the paper builds ecological earring capacity index system by eco-elastic force, resource-environment earring capacity, socio-economic coordination force to calculate the evaluation results of ecological earring capacity from2000to2010. The results showed that:from2000to2004the ecological earring capacity in Qitaihe showed a downward trend, from2005to2010the ecological earring capacity, although had some fluctuation point, but in general showed a growth trend that like "U". So the overall carring capacity of compound system has increased and the reasons of increasing pressure have been described.3) Comprehensive analysis of the mining compound system:on the base of environmental and industrial background of Qitaihe mining areas, analysis of mining landscape types and research of ecological carrying capacity, the research builds the mining compound system structure. It analyzed the causal feedback dynamic changes.4) Building the ecological economic coupled model of mining compound system:multi-scale analysis based on the economic development capacity of the mining compound, the reaearch of ecological economic coupled model and mechanism and sustainable development theory, it established the sustainable development model of Qitaihe mining area on the base of ecological and economic coupling model. The benign regulatory mechanism of the economic subsystem, social subsystem and the resources and the environment subsystem to promote sustainable development.It was used to coordinate the economic and environment development of the mining compound system.Using RS and GIS technology, the paper effectively reflected the Qitaihe mine landscape pattern and dynamic evolution by the remote sensing images. On the view of social, economic and environment, it analysed of ecological carrying capacity of the compound system of Qitaihe City mine, with the study of attributes both space and a combination of economic and social. From the view of system effectively established a mining complex system of social, economic, resources and environment of each subsystem internal feedback mechanism, mastering the occurrence and impact factor of the compound system of Qitaihe mining area. On the base of cycle economic theory and system dynamics analysed ecological economic coupling model. Proposed compound system of social, economic, resources and environment subsystem control mechanism, and it provided scientific basis for the realization of the social, ecological, economic and coordinated development of Qitaihe mine area.
