Since reform and opening, the political and economic situation in china has becomebetter and better. The progress of the science and technology leads to an extraordinarily rapidpace of development. And now after sevral times of restructuring, the competition in thetelecommunications market has become increasingly complex, China Mobile, ChinaTelecom, China Unicom, the three pillars of the situation has taken shape, how the ChinaUnicom H Branch face the new situation brought by changes, making marketing strategy tomeet market demand, seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, all of those haveimportant strategic sense to the company’s long-term development.Under the help of marketing analysis tools, this thesis has studied the developmentsituation of the global and domestic communication market, analyzed the H Branch actualoperational situation, and pointed out the main problem in it. As well as in the actualoperation, the crux of the problems found in the political, economic, social, and from fouraspects of the technology, the company the macro environment for research. What’s more,this thesis also discusses the macro-environment and micro-environment in which the HBranch is. According to the branch’s advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threat, theauthor draws the SWOT MATRIC of it. Finally, combining all of the above discussion, theauthor get to the conclusion on the marketing strategy and give several means to ensure theexecution, what’s more,the author also refine the strategy separately from the market, product,price, channel, promotion, etc.By series of analysis and verification, the article point out the concrete direction ofactual sale work, it also gives some support suggestion of the marketing strategy’sexecution.all of which have deep meaning of practical guidance to the company’s dailypractical work...
