Over the last couple of years, telecommunications industry developed so rapidly in China that the competition has been becoming tougher than ever. The most important research subject of Heilongjiang Netcom which lies before it is on how to give full play to the enterprise's competitive superiority at the core, to practical and adaptable, the status of leadership in this field as well.This article firstly reviewed overall strategic management and marketing, as well the related theories in exterior environment, market status, interior resource and Heilongjiang Netcom.
