With the advent of the knowledge economy era, global economic integration, market competition more difficult, the advantages of human resources has become a corporate guarantee sustainable progress, accelerate the rapid increase enterprise economy, the development of core resources and significant capital. Rational use and management of human resources has become an important factor in enterprise core competitiveness. Salary incentives are also an important part of human resource management in the core issues. Strict implementation of scientific and reasonable salary scheme, not only for companies to attract, motivate and retain talent plays a decisive role, but also the enterprises to enhance operational efficiency to achieve this important goal of nature protection.
