With the rapid develop-ment of technology and economic integration, new-high technology enterprise gainedinternationalization growth. Internationalization growth of new-high technology en-terprise means improving intrinsic qualities continuously under certain growth envi-ronment. New-high technology enterprise in particular growth environment continu-ous improved the intrinsic quality, extended the value chain to overseas. Therefore,the internationalization growth stage of new-high technology enterprise was a com-prehensive effect of growth environment and intrinsic quality; on the other hand, thegrowth stage has a reaction to growth ability, it could influence the pace and directionof new-high technology enterprise’s internationalization growth.The paper given the definition of new-high technology, new-high technology en-terprise’s and new-high technology enterprise’s internationalization growth ability,then it constructed the structure for analyzing the internationalization growth abilityof new-high technology enterprise on the view of the connotation of growth ability,and analyzed the influencing factors of new-high technology enterprise’s internation-alization growth ability from two aspects: growth environment and growth phrase. Itconstructed a evaluation index system of new-high technology enterprise’s interna-tionalization growth environment by method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Itconstructed a evaluation index system for internationalization growth phrase ofnew-high technology enterprise by catastrophe theory, and took HUAWEI as exam-ples, then analyzed the relationship between growth ability and growth stage. Finally,it put forward measures of improving the internationalization growth ability ofnew-high technology enterprise.
