In recent years, with shopping online, e-trade, do pioneering work on the netmore and more get the favor of people, electronic commerce is quietly influenceand change the way of people’s life and working. But because the Internet fraud,trade disputes occur frequently, the openness and virtuality of the network make thecredit problems of shopping online and trading gradually emerges, so as to becomethe main bottleneck of electronic commerce development. To many famousdomestic and foreign e-commerce sites have set up their own credit rating systems,but by my study found that their application evaluation system mostly too simple,credit scores add up computation method limitations big, and it’s hard to effectivelysolve the question of the modern electronic commercial platform, such as the credithype, information asymmetry, and so on.Based on this, this paper mainly for the credit evaluation model of C2Ce-business system do research, and is based on the characteristics of the domesticC2C e-commerce according to the existing problems, set up a more perfect newdynamic credit evaluation system, the innovation point is:1) introducing thebuyer’s evaluation ability. Use relative comparison method and fuzzy mathematicscomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate buyer’s history credit performance,and find out the evaluation ability2) improve the shop evaluation system. Usinganalytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluationmethod to evaluate the seller store, to establish a dynamic C2C e-business creditevaluation model3) through empirical analysis of the new model is validated. Useof MATLAB software to compare the result of the old and new model via drawing,and concluded that the new model can reduce credit hype for new users, provided arelatively fair trade environment and then make contracting parties to make anobjective evaluation of credit effectively. Case study shows that the model has thevery strong feasibility and practicality.
