Research On Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process Of Coal Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities

Coal is important energy production in our country,it is about the social economic development and stability,in the current frequent extreme weather events,such as fog haze pollution accident serious adverse conditions,the current rise of new energy,the national macroeconomic control of coal production in an emergency,in the current world,the green concept of scientific development,sustainable development of coal industry how to be able to rise to become a key problem.With the development of dynamic capabilities,evaluation method of coal enterprises faced with new challenges.The traditional evaluation method mainly is the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),but in the process of specific evaluation,it is difficult to quantify faults are also exposed.In this paper,we use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to make up for the shortcomings.Simplifies the blur matrix of target matrix judgment,make decisions more quickly from qualitative to quantitative transformation,fuzzy consistent matrix constructed by fuzzy judgment matrix,able to quickly solve the problem of the consistency of judgment.This paper studies the dynamic ability evaluation of the coal industry,from the basic rules of coal industry,the analysis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)research,on the basis of building dynamic capability evaluation model of coal industry,and the instance of investment xinji coal energy company,through the research literature,consulting senior management experts and senior managers,the fuzzy hierarchy model of evaluation dimensions and evaluation factors,and then through the questionnaire to collect data,analyze the collected data,verify the model.In this paper,the evaluation model,both the use of the advantages of the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and overcome the limitations of the two.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)can optimize the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation factors and the relationship between the uncertainty evaluation factors.By fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the coal enterprise dynamic capabilities for qualitative analysis and quantitative description,so as to evaluate the coal industry to provide valuable theoretical reference.
