Enters into2011, the policy guidance changes from stimulatingthe automobile consumption to encouraging the automobile technology researchand development, every policy to stimulate automobile consumption was canceledone after another, the domestic auto market decreases temperature suddenly, theoverall environment tends to be worse.Meanwhile, the joint capital brands raise theupsurge to promote the joint capital independent brand, bring the price down, grabindependent brand’s traditional market. The environment worsens, the joint capitalbrand to press on step by step, the domestic auto market competition is day by dayintense, the independent brand’s situation makes us worried.This article first elaborates the present situation of the domestic and foreignautomobile industry as well as the future trend of development, next, it studied theautomobile industrial development macroscopic environment of our country withemphasis, give thorough analysis to our country’s automobile industrial policy, themacro economic environment and some other very important influencing factors tothe automobile industrial development. Afterwards, it introduces the fundamentalsof Jianghuai automobile Limited company, then emphatically explains theJianghuai automobile’s "Twelfth Five-year Program", the goal is to combine it withthe domestic and foreign automobile industrial development tidal, unifies themacroscopic environment of the domestic automobile industrial development,analyzed the rationality of its strategic plan.
