Automobile industry is an important component of our country industry,in which China has been the biggest producer and consumer for 8 years.Harvard analysis framework is regarded as a scientific analysis framework,which is conductive to a comprehensive analysis of enterprise financial situation through 4 aspects: strategy analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis.Among them,corporate strategy is the most crucial part.Because it's a company's management policy and action guide,which service for the business objectives,determine the company's future development direction as well.Among thousand types histories of China owns brands,Jianghuai' development can be seen as the most representative one.This paper selects Jianghuai automobile company as the case,to apply Harvard analysis framework to the automotive industry from the perspective of enterprise strategy and enterprise manager.This paper will give an analysis from seven parts.The first chapter introduces the research background and research meaning,etc.The second chapter mainly presents the theory of financial analysis and overview of Harvard analysis framework,tries to provide theoretical basis for the analysis below.The third chapter describes Jianghuai auto company profile and strategic evolution,and try to give and analysis of Jianghuai's strategy based on macro environment analysis,five competitiveness analysis,SWOT model analysis.Chapter five accounting analysis,identify important accounting policy,analysis of Jianghuai company important accounting policy,to determine its rationality and evaluation.Chapter v Jianghuai auto company financial analysis,divided into statement analysis and ratio analysis,including vertical comparison and horizontal comparison,to give a longitudinal comparison company reports from 2001 to 2015 can be divided into two stages,and lateral comparison choose the SAIC,the Great Wall,BYD three companies in the same industry were analyzed,and the ratio analysis including debt service,operation,profitability,development ability of four.Analysis of the company's operations.Chapter six gives an outlook analysis of Jianghuai automobile company,and predicts the risk of the company may encounter and development prospects.In chapter seven,author has a conclusions and recommendations of the whole paper,summarize the content of the all previous analysis,suggestions are put forward.Through the research,the strategy of "bigger and stronger commercial vehicle,do fine optimal passenger car,vigorously develop new energy vehicle" is the key that Jianghuai company apply to make itself outstanding in the fierce competition of auto industry.It not only can change the strategy according the market environment,but also has been proved to be in line with the company development needs.Jianghuai still on his way to make efforts of complete the strategy.Jianghuai's accounting policy selection is reasonable,and it's in line with the industry characteristics of the auto industry,financial information quality is reliable.Jianghuai has in operation for many years,but its solvency still unsatisfactory,which makes the company's financial risk higher.Due to the high cost and net low profit,the profit ability stay in the medium level of the industry.But its operation ability is good,and its inventory turnover speed are quite fast,therefore the future development space is larger.Through the above research conclusion,the author puts forward four suggestions for Jianghuai auto:cultivation and introduction of talents,to seek cooperation with new high-tech enterprise,strengthen financial management,and develop the leading business.
