| In the form of New Economic, the rise and fall of enterprises is growing at afaster rate, and competition is becoming fierce increasingly. The appearance ofinnovation has changed the pattern of the competition, which has become one of theresearch fields that draw scholars’ attention to study. These scholars conducted agreat deal of researches centering on the management of innovation elements, thefactors that influence Technology Innovation, innovation and enterprise scale,corporation governance structure. Under this circumstance, making research on theevaluation of Innovation Performance and some related problems, theoretically,will help to perfect the theory system of domestic innovative research and make upfor the shortage of relevant evaluation research; practically, it not only helpsenterprises establish lasting innovation mechanism and promote innovation ability,but also helps the government departs check enterprise innovation performancestatus reasonably and support policies. Therefore, making research on InnovationPerformance evaluation of enterprises is of important theoretical and practicalsignificance.On the basis of the studies of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper,according to the centre on innovation performance evaluation, makes a comparativeanalysis on the progress and methods of the evaluation system by using the theoriesof innovation economics, industry economics, enterprise management, systemtheory etc., the intension of innovative enterprises is also analyzed in deeply.Secondly we design an evaluation index system about Innovative Performancethrough the AHP and Fuzzy method, in which there are4first-level indicators and21second-level indicators. Finally, we take Anhui innovative enterprises as theexample, using the representative sample make the empirical study. Then this paperputs forth some reference recommendations on how to promote the InnovativePerformance of innovation (pilot) enterprises in our province. |
