In the world of economic globalization today, enterprise will be placed in a fast changing anduncertain environment by the rapid development of science and the globalization of competition.Enterprises in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the external environment, at the same time,fuzzy work and team work environment of organization necessarily, also requires enterprises improvethe overall performance, access to the core competitiveness, promote their own overall strength. Thekey of enterprises access to the core competitiveness is that effectively solve the problem of therelationship between person and organization. Although one of the focuses of research over the yearsfor effects of team member attributes on team interaction and team effectiveness, the team studiesmostly focus on explicit demographic background composition. Only in recent years, a few studies arefocused on the more implicit cognitive dimensions of related variables.This research focuses on responsibility of the "Big Five " in team member relationship with teamperformance is, and the validation team competition conflict in which played a mediating role. On thebasis of relevant research at home and abroad, the author puts forward the research framework of thisarticle, use maturity scale what domestic and foreign scholars have used composition measurementquestionnaire and then carried out a questionnaire survey. After retrieve the Questionnaires, received48valid team samples, Based on the collected data for statistical analysis test, the results showed that: (1) The relationship between team member responsibility differences and team performance isnegatively correlated;(2) The relationship between team member responsibility differences andcompetition conflict have significant positive correlation;(3) Though the relationship betweencompetition conflict with team performance is negative, but competition conflict is not the mediationrole of effect team member responsibility differences on team performance. This research not onlyenriches theoretical research for team character formation, but also provides reference for teammanagement experience of enterprise in our country.
