Thefollowing is the main content:This paper studied the application in relevant theories of the lean production fromfour aspects: Concurrent development of the products, Optimization of the productionsystem, Setting-up about system of purchasing on time and Improvement of thequality system at first. At the same time, On the basis of studying the Dadi company'sImprovement of the production system, have proposed the composite productionsystem that the Push system suitable for this company combines with Pull system andhas optimized the production procedure of the products order with this system.In the analysis and research of this paper, the advance of paying attention to thetheory is combined with practicability of the method, the system analyses andresearches and improves combining together with practice. On the basis of the thingthat the theory is probed into, detailed analysis production process, find out itsunreasonable production process, adjust assigning in method to use lean production,thus improved the market competitive power of enterprises.
