Study On Automatic Logistics Management System In New Facility Design Of Company F

Supply chain management is a golden key for the enterprise to obtain the maximumprofit in recent years. To release the pressures of world economic recession and internalemployee’s salaries increase, this thesis studies the well-known and controllable internalproduction logistics of the desktop computer production in the company F. At thesame time, the thesis can be implemented on the new built plant in the internal city.The thesis states from the design of facilities layout, information managementinnovation and organizational integration, based on lean production ideas and overalllogistics system planning theory. Facilities layout is to provide the logistics solutionsand the entire plant production facility planning and the the technology of currentlogistics transfer and handling hardware facilities establishing though the analysis of thecompany’s internal logistics based on the systematic facility layout method (SLP modelapproach),which takes the new building plant as the study object, and the procedureanalysis and value stream, which are industrial engineering analysis methods, to analyzedesktop computer production flow in Company F. Information management innovationis to develop a work oder pull mode production management system to replace theoriginal purchase order push mode production management system,and develop theresource management systems and information feedback system independently to forma special, efficient information management system based on the advanced informationmanagement technology and the SAP system platform of Company F. As the internallogistics system change lead to the change of organizational integration andorganization structure, it forms a flat non-standard matrix organizational structure whichis more suitable for development to improve organizational operational efficiency.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations,reduce the cost of production operations based on the enterprise resource integrationand redistribution through internal logistics automation, and provide a new managementphilosophy for the enterprise and strengthen the enterprise competitive ability in thefierce market competition environment force.
