Electronics manufacturing industry is currently in the transparency of thecompetitive environment, corporate managers need to constantly adjust themanagement mode, make sure the enterprise adapt to the fast-changing marketenvironment, ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. The paper researchthe application of business process reengineering in business management.Management processes as the company’s core processes, is the enterprise survivalfoundation. At the same time of Strengthen enterprise management process capability,we need to reduce the auxiliary process enterprise resources occupation, so as toenhance the enterprise’s profit ability, to improve the competence of the enterprise.This article is a synthesis of the developing background about BPR andapplication research at home and abroad, and analyzes the impact of BPRimplementation critical success factors, factors such as strategic management,organizational factors, employee-oriented, project management, process factors andfactors related to IT.Papers study the application of BPR in management of F enterprise, detailedexposition the role of the theory of industrial engineering and informationmanagement technologies in the application of BPR. Based on four F enterprisemanagement system (economics, engineering, produce, quality) and three mainbusiness type (build to forecast, build to order, dynamic configure to order), researchon specific models of the process of implementing BPR in F enterprises. Papersdescribed on the role in the restructuring process, including the theory of constraints,workflow technology, concurrent engineering, systems engineering,5W1Hquestioning techniques and theories of ECRS in F-enterprise marketing management,production management, and supply chain management processes.Article made a comparison after and before the implementation of BPR frominventory management, purchasing management, order management, productionmanagement, financial management and operation, to conclude that application ofBPR in F enterprise management performance, citing the implementation of BPR in Fin enterprise management critical success factors. Expect the results of this study hasa certain significance on the implementing of BPR in domestic electronicsmanufacturing enterprise.
