In today's increasingly competitive global economic market,enterprises in order to achieve sustained growth,business process reengineering.However,in the economic globalization and knowledge-based economy as the main feature of today,our customer needs are also undergoing dramatic changes in the demand for more stringent standards,personality and more prominent,therefore,any one enterprise if a one-time change to solve All questions,the answer is not possible,however,the rise in the 1980s constraint new thinking theory as a continuous improvement of management,welcomed by enterprises,and produce good results in different areas.Theory of Constraints by virtue of its simple and effective method to give technical business process reengineering operational level technical support.However,some scholars put forward that although the two are based on different theoretical basis of management thinking,but there is a certain link between the two,not what we believe is a complete exclusion,but complementary to each other,can achieve coexistence.At present,many researches focus on the single direction relation of business process reengineering,which makes the mutual promotion relationship not fully displayed.In this paper,a single case study method,first analyze the need to continue to explore the issue through existing research literature review,and then to carry out a comparative study of both the theory of constraints and limitations of the analysis,to provide a basis for the feasibility study;followed by H Dalian Securities business department to open an account for off-site business process improvements in the course of the five studies,discussed the business process reengineering is how to play a guiding role in the theory of constraints,so as to promote the implementation of process improvement.First,the literature related carding,introduced for the theory of constraints,business process reengineering theory overview,focusing on the status of implementation of both research and review their relations,also discussed the issue continues to study and literature review based on the theory of constraints and limitations conducted a comparative study between the two,including the similarities and differences of analysis and complementary analysis,in order to design the analytical framework of this article.Case design and elaborate,collection and processing methods mainly include case studies,case selection and related data.Then,the case description and analysis,case description of H Dalian Securities Sales Department for a brief introduction to the five-site improvement process to open accounts,case studies,firstly from the perspective of the theory of constraints to the entire process improvement review process,Secondly,business process reengineering in which the specific application analysis,the final analysis of business process reengineering to be bound by theory complements from process improvement in management methods,implementation mechanisms,management objectives in three areas,extract derived role model.Finally,conclusions and future prospect of this article.
