The vigorous development of modern logistics industry to play an increasinglyimportant role in warehousing and logistics center model as its basis. Reasonable planningand design of warehousing and logistics center logistics enterprises must face the issue, themerits of its design and planning plays a vital role in the development of an enterprise.Rational planning and design of warehousing and logistics center will maintain anenterprise warehouse and logistics operation in an ideal state to reduce unnecessary wastehandling storage, and save resources, increase profit margins.This thesis is to analyze the current state of the Foxconn Technology Group Co., Ltd.Chongqing Hongfujin B Factory, contact and then sort out the parameters of the logisticsbusiness of warehousing and logistics center of the scientific planning, design, logisticsreasonably smoothly, logistics costs and reduce, enhance their market competitiveness.First of all, we want the actual situation on the size and number of logistics warehouse foranalysis and decision. Smoothness of the logistics and warehouse design and scale isclosely related to the size of the warehouse is the total volume of the warehouse building,its design process, different rules shape the actual use of constraints on the warehouse,according to product variety, quantity and warehouse inventory turnover rate analysis, wecan calculate the number of actual inventory requirements, inventory requirements on thesize of the warehouse design.The type and quantity of the goods of warehouse storagelogistics system cost has a significant impact. In general, with the increase in the numberof warehouse storage, loss of sales and transportation costs will be reduced, while the costof inventory and storage management costs will increase. First, due to the increase in theamount of warehouse inventory, companies can focus on transport of large quantities ofthe same total volume reduction of the number of transport so transport costs will decline.Warehousing and logistics center are basic elements in the logistics system. Its designand planning may involve many different sectors of the industry. Different enterprise fromtheir own actual needs of its warehousing and logistics center design and planning havedifferent requirements, functional and system design have different priorities. Based SLPmethod to solve the logistics of waste products in the handling process, flow charts toanalyze the logistics strength between the various regions, and thus the entire warehousefacility layout planning and design, and thus the optimal warehouse plane layout.Generality and specificity of e-logistics in the logistics center, combined with the actualsituation, the use of the EIQ analysis by statistical analysis of the actual job, combinedwith the EQ, EN, IQ, of IK and ABC classification cross-analysis of the logistics waste toreduce to a minimum to enable enterprises to maximize profits.
