Case Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of GX Greening Project

Bidding evaluation is very important for the work of project bidding, andreasonable evaluation method is the key part for the process of bidding evaluation.Under the theory structure of project bidding, taking project GX as case, case study ismade on the research of credit evaluation, technical bidding evaluation, and businessbidding evaluation.Firstly, research background is analyzed, on the basis of which, literature reviewis made on project bidding evaluation home and abroad, then, the main researchcontent, and the map of the thesis is also constructed. Bidding evaluation of theproject is defined, evaluation principle and demand of it are argued, evaluationmethod and procedure of it are confirmed based on present evaluation method. Basedon comprehensive evaluation method, evaluation method and procedure of creditbidding evaluation is proposed, and qualification cheching and credit evaluation ismade based on the method to illustrate the application of the method. According to thetheory of fuzzy preference relations, method of aggregation weight confirmation ofbiding experts is proposed, and aggregation weight of bidding experts of GX projectis confirmed by using the method, and comprehensive bidding evaluation is made forGX project, evaluation information of the experts is aggregated by confirmed weightsof the experts for technical bidding and business biding evaluation, and technicalbidding and business biding evaluation of GX project is made based on the method.Finally, thesis is summarized, and future study is proposed.
