As the level of development of the Tianjin economy continues to improve，thestructure of national economy will continue changing．It is an inevitable trend that theservice industry in the Tianjin economy is accelerating the development of the serviceindustry. An important ways to promote industrial restructuring is the objectiverequirements of comprehensively implementing the scientific development conceptand improving the economic competitiveness. For promoting industrialization，urbanization and agricultural modernization in Tianjin province is a strategic choiceof promoting comprehensive.
